subiaco-park

The City of Subiaco has banned group fitness classes from being held in its parks, unless the trainers have a new permit costing between $400 to $1800.

To reduce the risk to the public certain activities have also been banned, dragging logs, and heavy ropes are amongst the banned activities.

The new permit policy requires outdoor trainers to be registered with Fitness Australia, have $10 million public liability insurance, $5 million professional indemnity insurance and hold a current first aid certificate.
