Legal liability means that a court finds, or your insurer accept, that you are legally responsible to pay compensation for:
(a) property damage in respect of property owned or controlled by someone else;
(b) personal injury to another person; or
(c) advertising liability,
(a) happens during the period of insurance;
(b) results from an occurrence in connection with the business;
(c) occurs within the geographic limitations; and
(d) was not intended or expected by you.
